SHIPPING POLICIES

The carriers we use to handle and deliver your Saddles and equipmenrt are UPS, FedEx, and USPS (United States Postal service)

Continental -------USA------Shipping fees:  UPS, FedEx, and USPS STANDARD SHIPPING

1.All orders under $20.00 the shipping and handling fee is $8.00.

2.All orders between $20.01 and $50.00 the shipping  and handling fee is $14.00.

3. All orders between $50.01 and $99.99 the shipping and handling fee is $19.00.

4. All orders from $100.01 to $250.00 the shipping and handling fee is $25.00.

5. All orders over $250.00 ship "free".

6. All Saddles Ship Free within the Continental United Sates of America. (Products shipped with saddles ship free).

THE ABOVE RATES APPLY ONLY TO THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.  AT THIS TIME WE DO NOTSHIP TO ALASKA NOR HAWAII, NOR INTERNATIONALLY.

CONTINENTAL SHIPPING TIME  ESTIMATE:

Once your order is placed and clears our bank, your order will be placed with the shipper.  Usually within 5 business days the order will leave the warehouse.  Once the order leaves the warehouse, we will get tracking details, if available, and forward them to you.  Within the Continental USA, delivery should be within 5 to 10 days.  You will here from us if there are questions or issues with your order. 

If an item is out of stock we will let you know (some saddles may be out of stock and it may be a matter of a week or two or more before your saddle could be shipped; if you are in a "hurry", you may call and find out about availablity and shipping before running your credit card.  But know that no one can have an out of stock saddle build and shipped any faster than saddledomain.com so rest assured that we will get your products to you as fast as possible and keep you informed.  It is not uncommon for Circle Y to give us a date four weeks out and then ship in two weeks!

IMPORTANT---REMEMBER, UPS AND FEDERAL EXPRESS  do not deliver to post office boxes.  A street address must be provided in the shipping box of your order.

ATTENTION: most of the products will ship UPS  or FedEx and so you will need a street address.   You may gtive a post office box number but the shipper wiull ship the most cost effective way possible.
