Saddledomain's “No Games” Lowest price Guaranteed --Lowest price applies to our new, not discontinued, Circle Y and Tucker Saddles and comes with our “SocialSaddle” friendly and quality customer service. We won't give you a bum steer! To implement this policy we will match any online price of any Circle Y or Tucker dealer following Circle Y and Tucker price guidelines.  The price we will match must include the New Saddle price plus any fees, shipping charges, insurance, and taxes. Do you accept orders and payments by phone?
A: No, you must order online, but if you are unable to complete the ordering process you may call our customer service for assistance.

My Credit Card is being rejected but I know it is good, what's up?
A: When you use your credit card, the billing address you provide must match the billing address that is on file with the institution that issued the credit card. If your credit card authorization is declined, it is your responsibility to settle credit card problems with the institution and then place the order again.

What if the saddle I order is out of stock?

A. If the saddle your order is out of stock you will be notified.  Some of the suppliers might have to make your saddle and that could take two or three weeks, some more.  You will be notified and given the option of letting the supplier make the saddle or you may choose another saddle. Some times of the year there is more demand and the time line may be longer but you will be give a fairly accurate idea of how long it will take to fill your order.  For example on the "Trick" Saddle , it is never in stock and is made when ordered and usually takes about 6 weeks and then add another week for shipping.  So just keep in mind when you have to have the saddle and order accordingly.

B. If you place your order by running your credit card, and then find out that the saddle is out of stock and it would be 4 weeks before it could be made and shipped and you want to cancel your order we can do that and give your a full refund but remember that It costs saddledomain.com 2-3 percent of the total order depending on the credit card you use, both going into saddlecomain's bank account  and going back out , so that a 2000.00 order could cost saddledomain up to $120.00 and end up with no sale.   Therefore, again, if you are in a hurry for  a saddle anticipate your need and order accordingly or call me for availablity and shipping dates before running your card. 831-809-9428. What about substitutions?

A. No Substitutions!  What you order is what you get.  It the product is out of stock you will be notified and if you would like a different product that is in stock you may make the substitution yourself. 

What if the saddle I order doesn't fit?

A. Contact us to that end before sending it back.  Our suppliers return policies are different and we must clear returns thru them.  We want to work with you and make you happy. However we will all be happy if we don't have returns and this is why it is so important to know what size saddle you need and what type of tree and the tree width that you need.  Talk to some one about what you need before ordering. (Hint: in the North West Circle Y sells about 77 percent of the "wide' tree saddles.  If your horse is big and going to get bigger, which he probably will, then order the Wide tree; if you think your horse needs a regular, think about how much you are riding him ---if he is still growing you can use a thicker pad with the Wide tree and then change pads as your horse changes.)

What is your return policy?
A: You can return most new, unopened items, within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. Unless otherwise noted, the refund will be for the full value of the returned items. Shipping and handling will not be refunded. If the return is the result of our error, you will be compensated for the return shipping. Check our "policies" category on the Home Page.  Free Pads must be returned unused with the saddle or your refund will reflect a deduction of its retail price.  As to shipping---on a return you will pay the return , and your refund will reflect the original shipping charges when it was sent to you; i.e. you pay both ways.

What is the Restocking Fee?

A. Our suppliers are all different ---they charge up to 35% restocking fee.  Another reason to get it right when you order products; make sure that you get good advice when ordering saddles as to the correct tree ---most come in either Regular or Wide. Note: with a wide tree you horse has room to grow and you can use more pads to begin with.

Do all saddles ship free?

A. Yes.  Even the pony saddles, because we will give you items with it to make the value just over 250.00.  So you can order your saddle and anything that you order at the same time will ship free as well.




When will I receive my refund?
A: As soon as the warehouse receives and processes your return, the warehouse will notify saddledomain.com by email and your refund will be processed , usually within 5 to 10 days of receiving the e–mail from the warehouse.

What is a defective item?
A: It is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive defective items, call customer service for assistance.
